Lycamobile is searching for an enthusiastic, creative Senior Online Marketing Manager. The Senior Online Marketing Manager will help develop online marketing direction, meeting the needs of the business while protecting the integrity of the customer experience. You will lead a team of 11 direct reports to propose, plan and execute new features, partnering with business and technical teams to achieve online project and marketing goals. This person will overlook the execution of digital strategy and ambitions, you will set goals that all functions may be involved in achieving and will liaise with tech teams and product owners to execute.
Reporting directly to Lycamobile's Group Head of Online, you will be seen by internal teams and vendors as an expert online, the Senior Online Marketing Manager will actively stay on top of new products, brands, trends and propose strategies for optimizing them from a content and promotional standpoint.
Responsibilities :
  • Assist the group Head of Online in devising the digital strategy and pitching internally to the Management team
  • Overlook the execution of online acquisition and retention activities
  • You will monitor ROI and use data and analytics to drive performance.
  • Direct management of 11 people and some agencies, covering SEO, Online advertising, email marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media, Copywriting, Online content, Web design
Basic Qualifications

  • Strong bias for action: ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Bachelor's degree and in depth, proven experience in digital marketing.
  • 7-10 years' experience in advertising or digital marketing and a track record of delivering outstanding results.
  • Experience building, managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Experience with market research and development of compelling marketing collateral.
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex and highly visible projects.
  • Outstanding MS Office skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Experience in the Telecom industry
